Where is my order? - All of our gifts are sent out the same or next working day after the order is placed. All UK orders are sent First Class with the Royal Mail who estimate deliveries to take 1-2 working days - this service is not tracked as gifts are delivered through letterboxes. If you selected a date in the future for delivery we send the gift out one or two working days before. If you selected a date sooner than is possible it is likely your gift will arrive late.

Covid-19 Update: The Royal Mail are seeing significant delays because of staff shortages. We ask all customers to be patient and only contact us if your package has been significantly delayed as we cannot track them. The Royal Mail have assured us that all gifts will make it to their destinations.

If you would like to add a gift note to your order please make sure you tell us what you would like it to say when you contact us. If you would like to change the shipping address please make sure you tell us the new address when you contact us including the new name of the recipient if required.
