Our goal is to offer you a selection of great, high quality gifts. If you got unlucky and the gift choice was not the right one, we want to make your life as easy as possible.
Therefore, we have implemented the following policy:
If the return is made within 2 weeks, we offer a full refund to the initial payment card
If the return is made within 30 days, we offer a shop credit
If there is a fault with the item(s), we pay for the return shipment (please reuse the box your item came in)
- Please notify us within 30 days if your item has not been received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines as well as earrings and underwear cannot be returned. Under normal circumstances, we also do not accept returns of non-faulty mystery box items. However, if the recipient really has no use for the items then please contact us and we can find replacements for them.
Please note that any cash refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used for the purchase or original method of payment. If you are the recipient of a gift and would like to receive a shop credit instead, please let us know.

If gifts do not arrive or get lost in the post please get in touch and let us know within 3 months of the delivery date so we can make a claim with the Royal Mail.
