Where is my order? - All of our gifts are sent out the same or next working day after the order is placed. All UK orders are sent First Class with the Royal Mail who estimate deliveries to take 1-2 working days - this service is not tracked instantaneously but delivery confirmation is given when you use the tracking code (no information is given if the package has yet to be delivered). If you selected a date in the future for delivery we send the gift out one or two working days before. If you selected a date sooner date than is possible it is likely your gift will arrive late.
I want to send multiple gifts, how can I do this?
You can send multiple gifts to the SAME recipient just by adding the multiple gifts to the same order and paying as you would with just one item (paying P&P just once). Wherever possible, Postboxed will try and pack the items together. If this is not possible, and packing the items together means they are no longer packaged small enough to fit through post boxes (letterboxes), then we will package them separately (you will not be charged any extra for the P&P).
If you would like to send gifts to DIFFERENT recipients, then you will have to complete each order separately and pay the P&P for each address the gift(s) are delivered to.

Do you do corporate/business gifts and are there discounts available for them?
Yes, we offer a fully flexible business letterbox gift service developed to make both sending and receiving gifts hassle-free. Can I choose when my gift(s) are sent?
Yes, if you do not wish your order to be shipped right away, choose a different delivery date on the bottom left of your shopping cart page. Please allow at least one working day for us to get the gift packaged and sent out and 1-2 days for delivery. Using the Royal Mail's First Class service (as described above), we will ship the order one business day before the desired delivery date. To be completely sure the gift arrives in time we recommend choosing the date before the day you would like the gift to arrive.
Please note, gifts are not sent out for shipping by Postboxed on the weekend and no deliveries can be made by the Royal Mail on Sundays. If a Sunday is requested we will aim for the gift to be delivered on the Saturday. Please also note that we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular date as we rely on the Royal Mail's service and do not deliver the packages ourselves.
What happens if the person I am sending the gift to has a very small post box (letterbox)?
All of PostBoxed’s packaged gifts are letterbox friendly, small enough to fit through even small post boxes. With 90% approximately A5 (15 x 21 cm) in size and less than 2.5 cm in height (the average post box is 3.5 cm in height).
Are items drop shipped (sent directly from the brands/makers) or do Postboxed send them themselves?
At Postboxed, we stock all of the gifts listed on our website. This is so we can ensure they reach you as soon as possible and with our gift-wrapping, card etc. included.
How will the gifts be packaged?
All gifts are wrapped in our acid-free tissue paper and then in handmade decorative paper. We then place them in letterbox friendly mailing boxes made from 100% recycled materials (they are also recyclable themselves). Some images of our packaging are shown below.
What cards/payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
Can I customise a gift message?
Yes, when you look at your ‘my cart’ page and review your order, there is a box for you to put a gift message. This will be printed on our handmade, hand-gilded 300 gsm linen textured cards, examples of which are shown below.
What if the recipient doesn’t like their gift?
This is not a problem, they can return the gift using the same box they received it in. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
What if the recipient doesn't receive the gift?
If a gift is not delivered then please get in touch with us using the contact form. Delivery timings are only estimates (we do not guarantee delivery on specific dates) as we rely on the Royal Mail services, so please leave a few days after the estimated date before you contact us.
Do you offer next day delivery?
All gifts are processed as soon as possible (within one working day) and UK deliveries are sent First Class with the Royal Mail. This service aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays. However, we cannot guarantee next day delivery as the service is provided by The Royal Mail and not Postboxed.
